During career mode in Downtown
How:
When a car comes in the toll gate in one corner of the level, stall on the back of it (enter "balancegalore" in the cheats main menu to help you with this beforehand). If you stall on the front, it will stop moving.
Nail multiple tricks using X, O, ^ and Square buttons while on the back of the car. You will get driven past locals twice on the round. Jump off the car before it goes back through the toll gate. DON'T BAIL IT!!!
Depending on the mix of tricks you used, you should now have a boost of 200-500 Stokens.
