How:

After you have killed one of the special forces soldiers take his machine gun and head to the maintenance tunnels. Then head to the butchers room where you killed Larry the butcher. Aim at the hanging meat and unload all the ammo into it. This will count as not missing with the machine gun and the achievement will be unlocked. |
