The best way to earn this trophy is to start a new game on chapter 11 on easy difficulty then, press start and buy the infinite ammo and one-shot kill tweaks. Next, on the first part of this chapter you will see infinite enemies spaning right infront of you ....keep killing them until you get this trophy.
