When you reach the arcade, near the rollercoaster, about half-way through the campaign, you will see a tall arcade game with a bell at the top.
Take some Adrenaline (there is usually at least one before this part on Expert, so there will be many on any other difficulty) and hit the whacker with a melee weapon.
The bell rings and you get your trophy.
