How:
Just after killing the supposed Castro you will make your way through a building that is being torn apart by fire after advancing through this building you should come to a point where Carlos and his men flank the enemy from over the wall. In the middle of the enemys there will one manning a turret on the back of a truck take cover and wait for more enemys to crowd round this truck aswell and when you can see at least five or more huddled together cook a frag and throw it straight at them, if done correctly you will blow a barrel and the trucks and kill at least 6 enemy's and that Frag Master achievement should POP!
