When you reach Fyrestone in the Arid Nexus Badlands walk to the right of the hut with the ammo vending machine in front of it and you should find a small piece of rock sticking out below the ledge.
Jump onto the rock then turn around and jump onto the nearby fence, turn around again and take a running jump onto the ledge itself and you should find the weapon chest next to a green deactivated Claptrap.
