First get a shiny yellow or gold egg. Next raise it ONLY as Shadow and give it ONLY green chaos drives (the green sticks). When it evolves it becomes a Super Sonic Chao

How:
Go to Normal Cao Garden as Sonic or Shadow (this cheat only works for them). Go to the lowest rock, face the ocean and repeatedly homing attack the invisible wall. You'll eventually go through the wall and you can move around but when you return to the garden you chaos will be underground. The only way to return then to normal is you have tro leave the garden and when you return it will be back to normal.
