Achievement: when ever your in a room look around, the wall should be one repeated wall texture if it is different chances are some thing special is behind it these differences are very slight
When:
often you will find something like a mega sphere but you may get lucky and find a BFG9000
How:
when you do find one of these walls most of the time you will be able to open it like a door but sometimes you will have to shot it with a shotgun or chaingun but best use a shotgun just in case a demon is on the other side protecting whats on the other side
