During the game, when doing the 'Prince Ali' quest.

Enter through the gap in the fence from the east side and run in the door on the west side.

while going through varrock or lumbridge.

When you go through varok or lumbridge go into a shop (e.g. the magic shop). Then just trade and click the things at the top under the part that says free stuff.

West of Varrock

The small path that leads from the Barbarian Village to Varrock is an excellent place to train, with a broken fence lining both sides most of the way. Many goblins wander to the side of the path and there are many shrubs and bushes to the side of the path to provide obstacles. As we should all know, the strength of range is to inflict damage on an enemy without risking damage to yourself. This is done by putting and obstacle (a fence, table, bench, bush, etc.) between you and the enemy (who hopefully doesn't have range). This way you do not take damage but the enemy does. Along the path between the Barbarian Village and Varrock, lie in wait with a bow and arrows in your quiver until an unwary level 5 goblin wanders by. Kill it, retrieve the arrows and the loot it drops, and keep repeating this. This is one of the best places to train, because of the obstacles, and because there aren't many players around to steal all of your arrows if you are having trouble killing the enemy.

During game when training a skill

Use, cut down, fight etc anything which is more your level like don't fight level 2 goblins when your level 30 because this will give you less experience and thus, you will find it boring and stop. With that kind of level, try Varrock guards.
You can't do this if you need to mix or put two low level things together to make the item you want.

During Game. Locations: Varrock, Lumbridge

For those of you new to RuneScape, there are basic supplies available for free in shops around the beginning cities Lumbridge and Varrock. Lumbridge has a free crayfish cage and shrimp net available at the fishing store north of the Lumbridge castle. The shop can run out, but more will appear in time. Keep in mind you cannot sell the free samples back to the shop. It doesn't work that way. If you try, it will only say that the shopkeeper thanked you for returning the free samples. In Varrock, mind and air runes are available at the magic shop, and free bronze arrows are available at Lowe's archery shop. Also, for more free items, random things (like pickaxes, shovels, etc.) of low value can be found everywhere in RuneScape that continually respawn. They are found everywhere, mostly in residential houses of the computer men and women or higher stories of shops and businesses. Keep in mind that if you are an advanced player, these free items will not be suitable for your level and you'll have to use your gold to get high quality items.

Near the G.E.

I know this is random, but. . . have you ever sold bowls, jugs, and other things for really cheap on the G.E.? You can easily add about 20gp to each sale by filling the bowl or jug with water. Surprisingly, people actually buy bowls and jugs filled with water, and you get quite a bit more money than you would've without the water in it. I hope this helped!

When there is some thing to get behind of and fighting (use an spear or bow and arrows)

for e.g. in hill giant place there rocks that point and get behind them and fire away

In game

Next to barbarian village there is a river. On the east side of that there is a small hut which you need a key to get in. When you get in you will find hill giants which you can kill if your combat level is high enough (they are only lvl 28) and they drop big bones and sometimes they drop lumpwurt roots which sell for 1155 at G.E.
