After you awaken Kyogre and Groudon, and see them fight, go to Pacifidlog. Surf to the right of it and stay towards the top of the water path. You'll find an off path to the Dragon Tower. You'll need a mach bike to cross the fragile floor. Once you get to the top, i suggest having some quick balls or else its gone forever.

To get Shedinja, you must first catch a Nincada, and have an empty space in your party. People say you need a Pokeball for it, but you do NOT. Shedinja copies the ball the Nincada was caught in.
Anyways, with one empty space in your party, level up Nincada to level 20. It will evolve into Ninjask. When you check your party, you will see Shedinja sitting in the final slot, along with the Ninjask and 4 other Pokemon.

Go to Meteor falls.You should first go up the waterfall. You’ll go up plenty of ladders. When you come out of one you'll see some deep blue water. Surf to the cave and enter it. Surf across the water in it and you find TM02, or Dragon Claw. Walk around that area persistently. Don't give up, and definitely don't leave if you want one. Weaken it up a bit, then i suggest a great ball. Ultra balls dont seem to work on them.
