When the level starts go over to the (kar) gun on the wall. Down yourself there and don't let anyone revive you. When you bleed out or die go over to the broken pillar underneath the first stairs. Take a few steps back from the pillar then run, jump and crouch onto the pillar. Tell your buddies to stay behind you when your on the pillar or else the glitch will not work.
