Easiest place to get this one is on Blood Harvest, at the finale.
Skip there and start the escape, fighting through the first wave of zombies, until the tank arrives.
If you are playing single player, switch to Expert (if you are not there already) and kill all your team mates before they shoot at the tanks.
Switch to an easier difficulty (unless you think your hardcore) and simply run laps, facing backwards, around the outside of the house, blasting the tank until he's dead.
If you are playing multiplayer, just ask your team-mates to not shoot it. If they don't agree, tell the others you'll get them the achievement/trophy and they'll soon oblige :)
Easy to get one of the hardest trophies in the game when you know how.

Kill a Witch with a single headshot

For this you need an Auto-Shotgun. No other weapon works.
The next time you have this weapon and encounter a witch, creep around the back of her at a safe distance (so she isn't upset at all).
When you have a straight line to her back, sneak up a little, then walk up to her and blast her in the back of the head (aim a little low) and keep blasting!!!
If you don't get it the first time, keep trying.
Don't worry if you mess it up - you'll be dead (or incapacitated if not on expert).

How:
