Well its kind of a tip but the cheapest horses are outside leyawin and are only 500 gold

During Game Play

First get a decent amount of Scrolls like 20 or 30 or something, then get a sword or fists and equip that scroll and sword, then swing your sword and right after you swing it go into your inventory and select A on that scroll 2 times then go to the item you want to duplicate then drop it and exit your inventory, then that item you dropped should be duplicated.
