Go to Whiterun. Once you get through the front gate there will be a small room, just to the right of the gate with a barrel in it. Jump on the barrel and jump outside the wall. Now follow the wall around until you're under Dragonsreach and near some corpses. Nearby there is a big glitched hole, walk over it and climb the rocks near the wall. You will suddenly fall through, walk around until you're under the skyforge. There will be a chest, search it, it will always have 1000 or more gold and random items, including ebony ingots. Take whatever you want then wait for 48 hours, talk to the Skyforge Blacksmith, then go to the chest again. Everything will have respawned in it. Do as many times as wanted and if you want to get out simply fast travel to a town good luck.
